Depression has to do with human feelings. When one is depressed he is totally sad and lost. He wears a bad mood always. It affects one’s emotions, he’s thinking is a way of life.

A depressed person is faced with so many challenges such as anxiety and restlessness, feeling of guilt, he feels bad about his existence, he’s not always interested in things that makes life fun, he’s always having self pity and blame. When one is depressed he loses his appetite, he feels to end his life at all course.

Depression can be caused by several agents like trait, biological variation, abuse of drugs and alcohol, stress.

This great monster called depression which eat up so many people can be prevented in so many ways. When one is faced with depression he is advised to see a medical attendant for proper guidance.

He should also try as much as possible to reduce stress. She should look out for people who makes him feel worthwhile and not those who downgrade him. You should avoid self medication, misuse of alcohol, drug abuse, self isolation and feeling of guilt. He should avoid thinking over bad moments but always reflect on the good ones.

And the most effective key to depression is to stop complaining over every issue because this is a very important way to prevent it. So he should not in any way allow depression to come into his life no matter who you are. We should not allow people to bring it in into our life.

We have come to the time where students don’t need to seat in class to learn, you don’t have to go to your work place before you make money and earn a living.

The world has reached a great change since this Covid 19 pandemic started. It is really a tragic situation but it has made both positive and negative impact on our day to day activities. Its negative impacts are numerous likewise its positive impacts. Throughout these months of luckdown, man has come to earning a living online, attend classes and lectures online, holding meeting and confrence online and so many other events.

The introdruction of Zoom app has made it easy for one to hold event with friends and other people without physical contact. With it there is less stress to communicate with one another.

And also other platforms for meetings. After this lockdown, we might be expecting to go back to our usual way of life but I don’t think it would be possible even if the Covid 19 ends. the impact of this virus will still remain for years.

In classes, lecture hall and other confrencing room, the sitting pattern will not be the same as former. The social distancing we experienced during the lockdown shall still be conducted in our school, religious places and confrence room.

We should beer in mind that prevention is better than cure so the way we are figthing to eradicate this present condition should be upheld in future not only for the purpose of avoiding infection but also for self hygiene.

The Presidency has assured Nigerians, again, that the nation’s armed forces are fully capable of dealing with the challenges of banditry and terrorism.

It urged more patience from the people as the military takes appropriate steps to block gaps being exploited to unleash mayhem on innocent citizens.

The Presidency, in a statement signed by Garba Shehu, said that President Muhammadu Buhari, has approved a joint military and police operation specifically targeted at combing Niger, Kaduna, Katsina, Zamfara and Sokoto States to rid the areas of bandits.

It assured that surveillance will be improved, with more night vision aircrafts already deployed under “Operation Accord’’.

The operation was launched three weeks ago, Shehu said.

“Nigeria’s military has displayed its capabilities in the past and will show it again by dealing with the current challenges,” the statement quoted the President as saying.

President Buhari, according to Shehu, called on the people of his home State Katsina, to be patient and supportive of the ongoing military operations.

He also sympathized with those who have lost their loved ones, sustained injuries and lost properties in the crisis.

The presidency warned that taking to the streets for protest could distract the military operations.

“The major forests in North Western Nigeria have been identified as home to the bandits in the region. The operation will clear all these forests,’’ Shehu further quoted Buhari as saying in the statement.

I’m a students aspiring to be an automoblie engineer and I know what it take to accomplish it.

Sometime we have to set a goal for ourselves and work towards it.

Some people may be having problem with choosing a curse to study. Some may not be fulfilled with there present line of choice, maybe they were forced to do it by there guardians.

I think I’m happy with what I’m doing and that makes me to put in more effort in doing it. But if one ends up making a wrong choice, you will find out that the person will be facing several challenges in it.

THESE ARE SOME TIPS OF WHAT PEOPLE LOOK INTO IN MAKING A CHOICE OF CURSE.

Some choose curses because of the what they stand to gain from it like money, easy employment, happiness and so on.

There family background. Some lucky ones don’t have any financial challenge in making a choice of curse because they can afford it while some who aspire for greater line can’t make it because of their financial status.

The wise ones make choose curses that are futuristic. Like curses that have to deal with technology medicine and so on. We have to bear in mind that the world keep changing and as it changes new things come in while the old ones fade out. So time will come when some jobs will be meaningless. So as we go ahead with our decision we should bear this in mind so that we will not end up making a big mistake.
