DEPRESSION

Depression has to do with human feelings. When one is depressed he is totally sad and lost. He wears a bad mood always. It affects one’s emotions, he’s thinking is a way of life.

A depressed person is faced with so many challenges such as anxiety and restlessness, feeling of guilt, he feels bad about his existence, he’s not always interested in things that makes life fun, he’s always having self pity and blame. When one is depressed he loses his appetite, he feels to end his life at all course.

Depression can be caused by several agents like trait, biological variation, abuse of drugs and alcohol, stress.

This great monster called depression which eat up so many people can be prevented in so many ways. When one is faced with depression he is advised to see a medical attendant for proper guidance.

He should also try as much as possible to reduce stress. She should look out for people who makes him feel worthwhile and not those who downgrade him. You should avoid self medication, misuse of alcohol, drug abuse, self isolation and feeling of guilt. He should avoid thinking over bad moments but always reflect on the good ones.

And the most effective key to depression is to stop complaining over every issue because this is a very important way to prevent it. So he should not in any way allow depression to come into his life no matter who you are. We should not allow people to bring it in into our life.
